Now July 23,2015 its the10th day after filling my complaint and last July 30, 2014 is the 15th day after filling ENDING THE PERIOD OF THE REPONDENT TO SUBMIT HIS VERIFIED ANSWER AND FURNISHED THE COMPLAINANTS A COPY OF HIS VERIFIED ANSWER AND THE INVESTIGATION MUST COMMENCE. AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 62 OF THE LOCAL GOVERMENT CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES RA 7160. The undersigned respectfully pray to whatever is fair and equitable in the premises to discipline and to face the penalty for his incompetence to perform his duties as mandated by law.
