Nambe (beautiful horse) clearly has something to say during this team building exercise yesterday. We had such a fabulous day. And truly, it was about the team that showed up, willing to work on their commitment to each other as co-workers and humans. Nambe wasnt there as a a bystander, and neither were any of the other members of this team. I say hats off to any leadership team willing to take their team to the next level. As you see happening in this next picture. Good, old fashioned authenticity and gratitude. How often does that show up where you work? I feel pretty blessed, my co-workers are the kings and queens of gratitude and authenticity . . . .sure does keep me real. How could the team you work with benefit from a little bit of this?
