Name- Rohit Vikramaditya, College- BIMM, Roll no- MM1212315, Stream- Marketing. I am feeling very happy to share my campus placement experience. But before sharing my experience i would like to thank Bala sir and all faculty members for providing the opportunity to students to get into their dream company. I would also like to thank my parents, all my friends specially Deventi Thakur, Rishikesh Jha, Kalyani & Nitesh Pathak for supporting me in rough times during Campus placement days. Placement experience was quite good..i sat for many companies and reached in PI in few of them. After attending few PIs i realized that you should have sound knowledge of your stream but selection totally depend on strategic fit ..and one the day of 26th March i was strategically fit for one company..and the company selected me and one of my very good friend Mr. Rishikesh Jha for Managent Trainee position. About Selection Process: There were three rounds in selection process. 1. Written Test: Written test was online and the question were from quantitative aptitude and general knowlwdge. 2. Group Discussion: Topic of GD was Will FDI in India support SMES and small businessman. 3.Personal Interview: PI was based on functional knowledge. Following questions were asked in my PI. a. What do you know about Paint Industry? b. How will you appoint a dealer and what could be the difficulties in the appointment of a dealer? c. Who may be the influencers in Paint Industry? d. How will you promote your product and what is below the line advertisement? e. Three weakness of my competitor company? f. Why have u done PGDM in Marketing and why do u want to go for selling? Preparation done by me: I used to read about the already appeared and probable GD topics, so that in my GD i can speak content. I listed frequently asked questions and prepared for the same for PI. like why MBA?, Tell me about yourself?, What is your Strength ,weakness, achievements ? Regards: ROHIT VIKRAMADITYA
