Name: Abdul Kareem Ali Ahmed #60730154 course : Bmgt 365 summer course 2014 Assignment 1: 5Pillars for Organizational Culture Change i was confused in the beginning about culture organization this video explain how the culture change inside the organization rather it have weak or strong culture and how the 5 pillars affect the culture and the internal environment of the organization, to lead to ideal work enviroment those 5 pillars are : 1-the creation of greater purpose. 2- methodology 3- a common language 4-unified identity 5- supportive environment i liked the 5 pillars strategy because with good implementation for those pillars inside the organization it may affect but needs many years and much effort to have strong culture and ideal work environment
