Nandos Resturant Specialist/Skills Trainer Duties and Resposibilities -To monitor the operational indicators of the restaurant, as well of the auctioning of reports from the system auditors and communicate results tot the management team and develop & manage an action plan to improve results and meet Nandos standards -To ensure that restaurants maintain clean and hygienic working environment at all times according to Nandos policies and procedures -To ensure and facilitate compliance of all operational standards -Follow the appropriate breach protocol in conjunction with the Operational Manager in the event of non-compliance to brand standards -To mentor restaurant managers in ensuring that corrective action to ensure operational excellence is implemented -To identify specific needs of the restaurant and facilitate the introduction and support of representatives from other disciplines (such as marketing, HR,Finanace, IT etc) -To improve the different Audit results for the portfolio e.g Mystery shopper and hygiene audits -Recommend operational improvements where short falls are identified, to help improve efficiency of operations Qualifications and Requirements Applicants must possess a Certificate or diploma in hospitality with at least three years experience at Restaurant Management position or a senior position in the Hospitality industry.
