Narcissism is your favorite transgression. Are fashion houses not appealing to your narcissistic value? I think so. Everywhere you look, people are excessively proud of their appearance, up-to-date with fashion, shopping for image from hairdos to shoes. This whole head-to-toe image is the result of perpetual self-centeredness. Many have superficially defined/related pulchritude to an extrinsic value. We assume being a fashionista makes us beautiful people, when in fact its a self-serving emotion. Due to our weakness, Fashion gurus have formed an unholy alliance with self-centered masses (us) via fashion churches which dominate malls. We are falling for the evangelized promotions only to feel holy self-centered. Narcissism is our favorite sin - admit it or not and! every receiving compliment confirms we following the pseudo-self-righteous path. Consequently we judge others of lesser appeal and or be judged by others. Our connoisseurship are becoming holier than thou.
