Nasir visits Amirakadal Constituency, asks for taking-up beautification work of bund SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 09 – MLA Amirakadal and former Minister of state, Nasir Aslam Wani today conducted an extensive tour of his constituency and took stock of pace of work on on-going developmental projects being executed by different departments under various sectors. During the tour, the MLA visited the areas including Barbar Shah, Sumander Bagh and its adjoining areas and took stock of the problems of the people. Interacting with the people, the MLA said that the government is already aware of their problems and various initiatives have been taken for their early redressal. He directed the concerned for taking up construction work of retaining wall, drudging and beautification work of bund at the earliest. Mr. Aslam Wani also directed the executing agency to accelerate the pace of work ensuring timely completion of the works being executed under different sectors in the area. Among others, the officers of UEED, PHE, PDD and ERA accompanied MLA during the tour.
