Nate Williams -- for some reason or other, I am not able to respond to your messages. so here goes: the moka youre talking about, is it a bialetti stove-top espresso maker? if so, youd be better off looking for a used one or an old NOS one, as the bialetti company was sold and the new ones are available all over the damned place AND the quality sucks. they are selling the chinese or korea-made new ones in big box stores. the original made in italy makers are much better. check Craigslist or ebay or etsey. they come in many sizes, from little 2-cup to 9- and 12-cup models.
