National Assembly Invokes Section 11(4)&(5) of the CFRN to take over the Functions of the RSHA. The question is this,should this be the first step,was there no sitting involving 23 members with all principal officers of the house just two days ago?,is this the first time members are fighting cos it has happened in edo,ogun and other states before ,what prior efforts have been taken to forstall peace in the State,will both houses now leave other urgent National issues to now start legislating for Rivers State? Has the events of the past few days given rise to S.11(4)&(5)? Peace is Priceless,Terror is Senseless
