National Award winning director Pandiraj had intended to introduce television personality Ma Pa Ka Anand to the filmdom just as he did for Sivakarthikeyan with Marina, but Anand had missed the opportunity. Currently acting as one of the heroes in Vanavarayan Vallavarayan and playing the lead role in Panju Mittai, Ma Pa Ka Anand is looking forward to strike it big as like his colleagues Sivakarthikeyan and Santhanam. Anand had been looking out for some good opportunities for quite some time and felt that Vanavarayan Vallavarayan, in which he plays Vallavarayan, would give him a good opening and hence did not wait for Pandiraj to come up with a script for him.
