National Branch Manager Educational Requirements: Matric Must have tertiary qualification in business management Experience Requirements: Must have at least 5 – 7 years’ experience as Operations manager in Fleet management or telecoms Must have experience in the Fleet management or telecoms Must have experience with managing staff Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook Good written and verbal communication skills Own Transport Must be willing to travel to branches regularly Responsibilities: Manage training, development and retention of staff at various branches Monitor, record, analyse and report on sales activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to the sales processes and operations of each branch Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information Achieve and exceed business plan targets (turnover and GP) for branches Build relationships, tailor make pricing and secure deals for branches Results driven and willing to push for results for branches and staff Travel nationally to branches Budget management Presenting to clients Handling client complaints Ensuring delivery on all deals and aftersales service Pipeline and forecast management In-depth knowledge of sales cycle Manage all branch managers and operational needs for all branches Determine and implement corrective / proactive measures Compiling reports / Analysing and interpreting operations results Additional information: Salary R40 000 – R45 000 + Car + Fuel + Laptop + Cellphone and 3G Candidate need to over 30years old to qualify for this position Location: Johannesburg – Rosebank Please send your CV to [email protected] or visit us at jobgiant.co.za
