National Conference delegates receive draft rules for Confab Today Thursday March 20, 2014, the National Conference Secretariat distributed a draft of the Rules of Procedure for the National Conference to delegates. This will enable them prepare for the debate, ratification and subsequent adoption on Monday March 24, 2014 when the plenary resumes. When adopted by the delegates, the provisions will form the official rules of proceedings for the Conference. A copy of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 was also made available to delegates on Thursday as indicated during the inaugural sitting by the Chairman of Conference, Honourable Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi.
