National First Division side Chippa United have send a letter of complaint to the PSL and Safa regarding referee Bafana Mosia, who officiated their match against Jomo Cosmos at Philippi Stadium on Friday night. When Chippa captain Andile Mbenyane and his teammates appealed for a hand-ball inside the penalty box, it is alleged that Mosia said he could not give the team a second penalty. “How can the PSL appoint a referee from Gauteng knowing that Jomo Cosmos is also from Gauteng?” Chilli Boys CEO Peter Koutroulis tells KickOff. “The ref made a lot of mistakes on the night. Plus, how can a ref tell my captain: ‘I know it’s a penalty but I can’t give you another penalty because I gave you one already?’ “I sent the PSL and Safa a letter this morning and I put everything in the letter.
