National First Division side Chippa United have send a letter of complaint to the PSL and Safa regarding referee Bafana Mosia, who officiated their match against Jomo Cosmos at Philippi Stadium on Friday night. Plus, how can a ref tell my captain: ‘I know it’s a penalty but I can’t give you another penalty because I gave you one already?’ “I sent the PSL and Safa a letter this morning and I put everything in the letter.
