National Homeowners Justice Coalition CALL TO ACTION: REPORT IDENTITY THEFT! if you call a company and they tell you they have not received your fax or documents and you have PROOF they went through or were received ask for their legal department to report identity theft and a name to give in your criminal report as you will have to report the possibility of identity theft since no one knows where your documents went or what office or person received them. this is a serious crime, losing personal information! REPORT IT! Be serious and dont ask if you are not going to follow through. What usually happens is you will get a quick call back saying the documents were found, but if not REPORT IT! Read the BofA whistle blowers stories of how this was a procedure they were told to use, ooops we didnt get them is what they tell us and.... so where are they then? is what we ask them and REPORT IT REPORT IT REPORT IT!!!
