National Human Rights Commission has Directed The Health & Family Welfare Department of Odisha to give the Report within Four Weeks.(NHRC CASE NO.4231/18/12/2014) on my Complaint dated 27.9.2014. One Six Month old baby died after being administered polio drops and dpt ejection in Village: Alagum Malisahi, Block: Satyabadi, District: Puri, Odisha. Prayed the NHRC for the following Relief and Action:- 1. Urge the Commission to order the Government of Odisha to setup a high level inquiry committee to find out the actual cause of death of the baby after taking polio drops and DPT injection. 2. Urge the Commission to order the Government of Odisha to take legal action against the erring medical staffs for negligence of duty. 3. Urge the Commission to order the State Government to pay immediate compensation of Rs 10, 00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakh) to the parent of deceased baby. 4.
