National Superannuation schemes should be investing in rural land & agriculture. There is nothing people need more that good clean air, water & food to sustain life. When trying to raise the attention of politicians with our Farmer Protests in Canberra in the early 1980s we tried to suggest to horn blowing drivers that each time they ate they might consider farmers who produced their food. Most people reckon food comes from the supermarkets who survive by driving prices Down Down Down. Down below the cost of production. We certainly have lost touch with our Essential basic needs & we are fast loosing touch with each other as humans as we allow the Golden Dollar to become the be all & end all.
