This Lake Effect snow Band Was Located From Adams Center To Copenhagen And Croghan. The Lake Effect Snow Band Will Drift A Few Miles Farther North through Mid Evening With The Northern Edge Of The Band Impacting areas From Watertown To Fort Drum And Harrisville. * Some Locations Affected By The Lake Effect Snow Band Include... Henderson Harbor...Adams Center... Copenhagen... Croghan... This Includes Interstate 81 Between Exits 41 And 48. Travel Across The Area Will Be Extremely Difficult Or Even Impossible due To The Very Heavy Snowfall Producing Near Zero Visibility and deep Snow Cover On Roadways. Travel Is Not Recommended.
