National Youth Commission (NYC), as the voice and advocate of the Youth, strongly supports the soon to be signed Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) between the Government of the Philippines and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) alongside its nascent promise to end the decades-long hostilities and violence in Mindanao. In line with this, the NYC, in partnership with the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) is pleased to invite you to participate in the Kite-Flying & Peace Wall Signing Activity that will be held at the Quirino Grandstand Burnham Green Area on March 27, 2014, Thursday, 1:30pm. There will be limited slots as per the number of kites available in the event and there will be Freedom Peace Wall for signing.
