#NationalConfab: Am looking forward to the commencement of the long overdue National confab. We must return back to regional structure as the States are making the Federal Structure over bloated and Presidential system cannot work in our diversity. Every region should have control over its resources, have regional police and pay stipend to the center. Our Legislator should be part time and unicameral. The youths must be given free education and grants to start-up business after graduation to encourage entrepreneurship. Immunity clause at all levels should be expunged from our constitution. The 1999 constitution is flawed and fraudulent bcos it was a decree force upon the people of Nigeria as the peoples constitution In 1958 we had a confab in London with 105 delegates, which ushered us into moving a motion for independence, we had another where Souther Cameroun voted for self governance and not be part of Nigeria I propose a referendum on the recommendation of the conference then after the outcome becomes sovereign. This is beyond the President and more important than the coming elections. We cannot subject the outcome to delebration by NASS cos they do not truly represent their constituency I advocate youth constituting majority of people in leadership positions (Prince Uc)
