Nations have recently been led to borrow billions for war; no nation has ever borrowed largely for education. Probably, no nation is rich enough to pay for both war and civilization. We must make our choice; we cannot have both. I felt so disgusted when i read a publication on myjoyonline on the 26th-03-2014 @ 11:03am on the Ranking of the SHS along side their percentages. Out of 716 Anlo Awormefia Senior High came 647 with a percentage of 5.20%. Interestingly, most of the LESS ENDOWED SCHOOLS are progressing progressively whereas ANYASCO is progressively retrogressing. pondering over this abysmal representation, I have been asking could any of these be a possibility of a reason(s) why this twunami could happen? 1. Commitment to teaching by.............? 2. Commitment to learning by..............? 3. Water? 4. Infrastructure? 5. Political Will?.........(Chiefs, MP, Political position Holders, Gov, Old Students)? Well, (THE ABOVE IF ANY) that School is the last expenditure upon which America should be willing to economize.I have more for discussion .
