The positions are as follows with requirements below: Youth Care Workers Licensed Counselors Case Managers Home Health Aides RNs Youth Care Worker: Provides direct line of sight supervision of children. Requirements: • Spanish language proficiency • Direct care staff shall be 21 years old or older and have a high school diploma or its equivalent • Clean criminal background check • Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services check Licensed Counselor / Clinicians: Clinicians conduct mental health assessments for all children in care as well as provide ongoing individual and group counseling, screening for human trafficking concerns, and crisis intervention. Requirements: • Spanish language proficiency • Masters degree in social work (MSW), psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement and have clinical experience as a part of the master’s program requirements • Bachelors degree in one of the aforementioned sciences plus five years of clinical employment experience in this area. • Clean criminal background check • Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services check Case Managers/ Reunification Specialists: Coordinate case management and family reunification services for children Requirements: • Spanish language proficiency • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science • Proficient in the use of the computer and web-based programs. • Clean criminal background check • Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services check Home Health Aides: Provides direct line of sight supervision of children.
