Nativity questions. Was mary turned away from the inns because there was no room or because she was a heavily pregnant lady with a different surname than the man with her? After all the Jews were the most accommodating people. And were there any animals actually in the stable when Christ was born? And why only 3 wise men and arriving at the stable? Also why does the nativity scene include them when they turned up 2 years later to worship a toddler in a house not a stable? Of course none of this is really important unless you are interested in facts not tradition.
