Naturally the school didnt even have a wheelchair ramp to get him up onto the stage. In order to even get onto the stage he had to go outside and use the loading dock ramp. You know the place - where they keep the garbage (a not so subtle message to students who use wheelchairs). He fell out of the chair when attempting to use the loading dock ramp, which could have killed him had the 400 pound chair fallen on him.
