Nature Exploration & hands on Photography training Event at Lodhi Garden 7th September Have you ever wondered how to get a good picture of monuments? Have you ever wanted to know how those lovely pics were taken? When is the ideal time to shoot monuments? What light is the best for capturing the monuments? Do we need really wide lenses? What about perspective. Delhi is rich in historic monuments, which are a heaven for enthusiasts of History, Architecture and Wildlife alike. Here is an opportunity to learn the tricks of shooting monuments. Architectural Photography can be both an engaging and daunting task to start with. All the monuments have some of the monumental trees and other plants associated with them so here we are also going to look in to how to do Macro shooting for plants: Shooting flora is not as much of a task as insects/small animals are. But are we able to capture the best view of the species and segregate it from the surroundings? We would start shooting at close range with normal lenses and also see the capabilities, which macro lenses offer. Here is an opportunity to solve all your questions and practice using some of the best lenses and cameras. About the trainer Mr Sundeep Bali is a well known Lens- based artist/Photography education professional, Opinion Leader for Camera Lenses, Carl Zeiss India. He is also a Hasselblad Masters Semi-Finalist & Fulbright Fellow in Arts. Venue – Lodhi Garden Date – 7th September 2013 Time - 7.00 – 11.00am Meeting point - at the gate of Lodhi garden Near IIC. Meeting time between 6.45 to 7am Walk from 7-11am Come with your cameras and notebook in case if you want to note down points.
