Nature of Incident: Hazardous road conditions throughout the Town Ramapo residents are being urged not to drive today. On Sunday 01/18/15 between 0700 and 1200 hours, the Ramapo Police were dispatched to at least 70 weather related calls. These included motor vehicle accidents with injuries and without, disabled vehicles and medical calls for injuries from falling on the icy pavement. In addition to these incidents, police officers assisted motorists and pedestrians as they were responding from call to call and responded to non-weather related incidents.
