Navratri Vrat Special : Kuttu Idli made in jst 4 mins in microwave !!!! Recipe : 1 cup kuttu atta(Buck wheat) Curd to make make smooth batter 1/(2 tsp meetha soda(baking soda) Rock salt(sendha namak) as per taste For garnish: Green chillies Kadi leaves Rai Take kuttu aata nd mix it wid curd nd make a smooth batter .. batter sholud not b too flowy nd not too thick..add salt nd lastly add baking soda!! Pour d batter in idli maker nd microwave it on high power for 4 mins nd after that chk wid toothprick that it is cooked or not nd if not cook for few seconds more !! For garnish Take kadhai nd put 1tsp oil nd put rai in it and let it splutter then add slitted green chillies nd curry leaves cook for few seconds nd now put idlis in kadhai nd mix well !!
