Ne verjetno, še en BIPOLARC guest iz ZDA, ki boleha z BIPOLARNO motnjo in se LAŽE o nestrokovnosti " homogeno prijaznemu timu receptorjev " in o NEPRIJAZNI, ASOCIALNI, NEGATIVNI concierge-ki...V času julija in avgusta meseca so se taki in podobni guesti lažnivci z bipolarno motnjo, kar vrstili v Best Westernu Ljubljana.... "I really want to give this hotel a great rating. But the checkout experience killed every positive encountered I had with the hotel. Wife and I stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon. The hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from the train station in a near perfect location right next to the city center. Not only we walked from the hotel to almost everywhere in the center of Ljubljana, We walked 40 minutes each way to the City Park Shopping center and discovered interesting neighborhoods along the way. Hot Horse for some horse burger in Tivoli Park was also walking distance from the hotel. The hotel represented what a "premier" level BW should be, unlike Astoria in Zagreb. The room was clean and comfortable with great decor. The breakfast was fabulous. We booked a trip to Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle with the concierge since it was only 10 euros more per person than doing it ourselves. The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and friendly. During the stay, I had to call the international collect number of American Express to take care of a claim. It was a 5-minute call that did not cost the hotel a thing. But at check out, The hotel insisted of charging me 7 euros for the call, even after me showing them it was a collect call and they called it and confirmed it was a collect call. The person who checked me out refused to deduct the charges even with all the documentations showing. The incident made me a very unhappy customer, without wasting any more precious time to argue with the hotel after 10 minutes, I had them charge the amount to my AMEX which AMEX immediately taken off after one simple call to their customer care. I suppose holding European at the same level of American customer service is unfair, but this situation showed that the hotel refused to uphold great customer service when faced with a situation which went against everything a good hotel should be. Hence the average rating. We will not return to this hotel. Stayed August 2013, travelled as a couple"
