Near panic ensued in the Department of Solving Real Problems this morning, when it appeared momentarily that we had run out of work. Fortunately, debate has been reignited on the question of whether, as a civilian, the President can return a salute and, if so, the criteria to be used for awarding style points. Reviewing our 22 year record of military service, we were chagrined to see the issue had come up before, but was filed in the I-Really-Dont-Give-a-Shit-About-This folder.
