Nearing dawns first light, he awoke in cold sweats. He had been dreading this day for what seemed like weeks. Knowing that the atrocities he would see and take part in in merely hours, he tried to fall back asleep almost wishing time would reverse After what seemed as minutes, the gentleman awoke. He knew that these precious few moments before his task were of utmost importance. He went in to spend time with his boy, changing and feeding him. He met with his wife for a few short minutes, in near silence because they both knew the outcome would not be pretty After stewing for a bit, hypothesizing several strategies that all had horrible endings, the valiant warrior rose and kissed his wife and son goodbye The journey began as the journeys before...battling the sun, elements and thirst. He had known this feeling before, a sense of comfort had overtaken him. With his trusty tools he battled through the vines and weeds and rocks and woods Seeming all too familiar, was too eerie, the gallant man knew that something afoul was yet to come. After taking a short break to replenish his thirst, tragedy would soon rear its ugly head Whilst starting back on his way, the trustee sword he had knew for over a 14 fort nights, had suddenly become useless. Luckily the man sought out the help of a wizard at the depot of homes, by the name of cliff. Knowing that his parts were covered by a 2 year manufacturers warranty cliff performed a magic spell sending the man along his merry way As he returned to his journey, the brave brave man resumed his wrangling of the elements. The chopping and cutting were taking its toll. He was too far from returning to his air conditioned cottage and had to press onwards Thogh the journey be tough, He conquered what he had set out to do, what seemed like hours ago Our brave knight returned to his adoring family, not as Cory the brave, but Cory: the master of lawns Cory 1 Lawn 0
