Nearly 2 years ago, I was led by the Lord to leave my job of nearly 37 years to stay home and keep children in my home. Primarily, I wanted to give my grandchildren a godly, safe place to stay. But little did I know that all those children that I have come to spend their days with me, have become part of me. There is not a one of them that have not stolen my heart. Some I have loved have had to leave because of job changes, moves to different areas and going to school. I know that they will not all remember me, but they all have a place in my heart. Today, I learned that another will have to leave because of job layoff. I will miss him but he will be a part of me too. Ok, Lord, Im ready for whatever You have in store next.
