Neat feature on satellite/radar imagery over the past few hours. Notice how the clouds develop around Lake Michigan. You can literally see an outline of Lake Michigan when the clouds developed in the afternoon. This is the cooler lake water temperatures creating a lake breeze, which is essentially a mini cold front (boundary) that helps provide extra lift and creates showers. These quickly lose intensity when the heating of the day is lost after sunset.
