Need : MDM (Mobile Device Management) Administrator Location: Georgetown, KY Position: Contract Nominally 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. Scheduled flextime may be available if coordinated with the team. Some amount of flex time, or overtime, will be required to meet business needs. Scheduled weekend work will also be required from time-to-time to meet business needs. General Description: Provide MDM (Mobile Device Management) support for regional system (AirWatch). Resource will also administer the AirWatch test (UAT) environment. Resource must not just be familiar with MDM and day-to-day operations of an MDM environment, but must also have the ability to set up and troubleshoot an MDM environment, support upgrades to the environment, etc. work experience requirements: Technical Requirements: •2-3 years experience with AirWatch (or similar) MDM as SaaS or on-premise environment. Experience as an MDM admin on AirWatch a plus. •Experience with Mobile Application Management on multiple platforms, especially iOS and Android. •Experience with large-scale MDM administration that includes integration to Office365 cloud email and calendar data a plus •Experience with MDM/AD integration to Mobile Devices a plus •Familiarity with a wide variety of mobile devices (iPhone, Android phones, BlackBerry, iPads, Microsoft tablets, etc.) Organizational Skills •Good time management skills •Ability to work on multiple projects throughout the day •Flexibility to adjust to changing needs. Judgment/Decision Making This person will have minimal direction in some responsibilities. •Appropriate judgment skills (documentation, change-control process, follow-up, etc) •Best judgment is expected preparatory to review (vendor schedules, document creation, etc.) Inside/Outside Relationships •Need to establish working relationships with outside vendors and Site Support team across North America. Education and General Experience •College degree (BS or similar) in IT-related field of study preferred. •Good documentation skills are critical. •Must have high business ethics.
