Stand up, stretch and get your heart pumping!! ❤️Do these quick exercises for 30-60 seconds each depending on how much time you have. Ready, GO! 1. Jog in place 2. Jumping jacks 3. High Knees 4. Push-Ups 5. Squats (squeeze your booty at the top too!) 6. Standing mountain climbers 7. Alternating Lunges 8. Plank hold 9. Burpees 10. Squat with Jab punches!
