Need a mid download of the blog today folks for my own state change... After my lovely visit from my sister I settled down to Commonwealth Games on TV, chatting with nurses and other new chap John... Then Brian opposite ended this part of his journey in human form...I was very in tune with the departure and the dignified but much movement opposite for what is required in these situations kept the ward busy... I knew him for a mere few days and he was further down his path and a blessing really...but a light went out... Awoke with the sicky feeling having one orderly doing obs...new nurse to me asking me to get up so she could change my bed...told her too sick....2 minutes later...if you dont get up it wont get changed today as I wont be back...when getting meds from senior this nurse informed her that I refused to get out of bed to allow it to be changed... She got the tail end of the steroids I can tell you...I refuse to be bullied by anyone and used the term bullying.... Then fell asleep and slept very deeply until lunchtime...very deeply... So need to release the negativity somewhere....before visiting times...so sorry you guys...all downloaded now and I can get on with positivity again...visitors coming...cars in the county...offers of accommodation from friends...certainly dont want to dilute one with another... Toodle pip for now... Kx
