Need based office table space is available on rental in fully furnished, air-conditioned office in IT Park. Space available from Mon to Friday. Following are the charges inclusive of wi-fi connection & 2 times tea/coffee. Hardware is excluded. Rates for duration less than 35 work days: One table space - Total Rs.800 per work-day per table space. Two table spaces - Total Rs.750 per work-day per table space. More than two table spaces - Total Rs.700 per work-day per table space Rates for duration beyond 35 work days: Rs.500 per person (table) per work-day Applicable taxes will be added. If facility is required on Saturday, same can be provided if minimum number of table spaces exceed 5 nos. @ 50% higher rate. Refundable deposit will be Rs.5000 per one table space.
