Need help! My car has been having rough idle lately. On a cold start itll take a couple times to crank. Usually the 3rd time. When it starts itll rev up to 2000rpm then go down to 1300 then jump up and down from 1300 to 2000rpm for about 30 seconds. Then itll drop down to 1300 and rev normally until warm and stays revving at 850rpm. Then when I start driving around and come to a stop or when I put my car into neutral. Itll rev low and jumpy/rough around 550rpm. Sometimes the engine will even shut off on me. The engine seems to be strong still for its age. Heres what Ive done: New NGK spark plug/wire New Valve Cover Gaskets New K&N air filter New Throttle Cable Cleaned TB and IACV Swapped in JDM ECU Im thinking it might be the JDM ECU causing the rough idle.
