Need input for next years picnic 2015- I was thinking about doing pictures again - (since the dumbass blind guy screwed up all my pictures... Lol) - do we want to look into another photographer or change up how we take the group picture. It really only works when we do it on a slanted hill. Which leads me to the second issue- the location. Based on last year- we clearly have outgrown the original location- (not enough tables... No protection from sun and no where to boogie, no electricity) but I do realize there is the issue about the younger ones and the playground. So what if we use the first site at the Gazebo park? It is close to the restrooms- has the playground and more area for pictures. The only setback would be reserving it. If you dont reserve the area - then it is a first come first serve issue- someone would have to commit to going early and STAYING THERE. We had an issue before with someone moving our stuff because we went early, left stuff on the tables then went back to camp to load stuff.or we can avoid the worry and reserve it- the cost is around 200.00 which if everyone pitches in would be minimal. That would guarantee - we have the site and no worries. Please give me your input on the pictures and the site location. Thanks ~
