Need some advice: I have had a knot near my shoulder blade that has been hurting for almost two years. It feels like it is pinching a nerve. I get severe pain in my neck and arm because of it. What do you all think...is it just a knot or do I get it checked out? If I need to get it checked, what dr do I go to? The pain never goes all the way away but I have been in tears because of the pain today. This is not the first time it has brought me to tears. Im tired of it!
