Need some help from Tech Savvy people. Kimms has lost her Net and doesnt know where to find it.... Kimm cant get the internet to come on her HP laptop, fifty feet from our Xfinity Box. The Box was just upgraded on Thursday, but Xfinity says it is not a problem at their end. But after the Box was switched no Net. No one else has a problem and Andrew is able to get the net in the basement. We had a booster box already in the living room, but no luck. I have done everything I could think of with it and followed HP suggestions. Any clues?
