Need some help with my first 3d printer. Using repetier 0.91 firmware and repetier-host. When I press home, why is the printer waiting and making that loud noise before it actually starts going home? When it starts going home, Y tower motor seems stuck and makes that awful noise, but when I give it a hand, it sounds nice and quiet. Not enough power to the steppers maybe? I tried adjusting the driver pot, doesnt help. P.S. Arduino voltage reglator has been slightly cooked before so I think it is only producing load voltage ~3V (not 5). Could that be the problem? But other motors work fine... Will change the regulator when I get some soldering tools.
