Need some leg day ideas? I woke up and wanted to crush my abs and legs so I did heavy sets of two backsquats (stay light until you can keep form and a good tight back positioning but GO BELOW PARALLEL and chest up to work your glutes) and a little training session of sled drags, GHD sit-ups, weighted walking lunges, and strict toes to bar.
