Need that sweet afternoon snack? Heres an idea for a snack thats delicious and good for you! (U.S. Air Force video by Paul Wenzel) No Bake Chocolate Peanut butter balls INGREDIENTS . 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats) . ½ cup whole grain cereal . ½ cup ground flaxseeds . ½ cup chocolate chips . 2 tbsp chia seeds . ½ cup peanut butter . ¼ cup honey . 1 tsp. vanilla extract DIRECTIONS 1. Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. 2. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 3. Once chilled, roll into 1 balls and keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
