Need to get in a killer workout on the road with no equipment? Just pack a deck of cards... Shuffle a deck of cards. Place them face down. Flip cards one at a time, and proceed as follows... Diamonds=ground to sky squats Hearts=jump squats Spades=push ups Clubs=row boats *The value of the card equals the number of the exercise you do, face cards equal 10. Example: 5 of hearts equals five jump squats. Aces= 15 burpees Have fun!
