Need to vent and I have a question ... My TV has been popping up the following message every few seconds ... for about a week now ... Your satellite signal is temporarily unavailable. I called Bell, they had me do the usual testing with my remote, then said that theyd have to get a service technician to come out. And that will cost you $75 ... is that okay? No, Bell Canada, that is NOT okay! Why should I pay to repair your failed satellite dish? And why isnt that covered under warranty with the rest of the equipment. Because you live in Canada and can have some severe weather. Really? Seriously?? Your name is Bell f***ing CANADA!!! Not Bell India! No shit we have severe weather!! Are you just figuring that out now?? Then he says that it is my responsibility to maintain the dish ... WTF??? F*** I hate Bell! Rant over ... Does anyone out in Facebook land know how to maintain my dish? My signal strength is only at about 46% ... apparently the dish might have moved a little or there is a loose connection at the box ... wherever the hell that is! If you have even the slightest clue on how to fix this, please let me know!
