Needed in a growing telecommunication company located at 5th settlement “procurement manager” With below duties: •Champion the local procurement policies. •Creating local procurement policies and setting data standards while adopting Global vision to consolidate all the procurement activities in the HQ. •Leading procurement development activities to integrate the procurement organization with other supply chain activities. •Establishing Supplier evaluation criteria, negotiation strategies and techniques, overall criteria for effective supplier performance and creative approaches to reward suppliers. •Use relevant sourcing tools and techniques to analyze suppliers. •Continuous market investigation to Identify new suppliers with better prices and more flexible payment terms. •Ensuring Contracts meet all business and legal requirements, using contract work breakdown structure as a tool. •Identifying alternative resources of materials and equipment’s to avoid dependency on a sole supplier, by understanding supply markets and being familiar with all the key regional suppliers and their capabilities and constraints. •Following up to ensure high quality supplier/subcontractor delivery, in order to meet contracted schedule time. •Harmonize with the warehouse manager to confirm that all the received materials are conformed to the purchase orders and contracts. •Formulate and identify key performance indicators that cover the whole chain in order to measure the performance of each part to discover areas of improvement. •Recommends use of alternative parts, materials, or manufacturing methods to reduce cost. •Analyzes markets and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability. •Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. •Evaluates findings and makes recommendations regarding feasibility of manufacturing or buying needed products or material planning methods.
