Needing a little extra MOTIVATION to workout today?? The holidays can be some of the most stressful times! Getting our workouts in will not only help us BURN CALORIES…but also help REDUCE that added STRESS! When we workout our body release endorphins…endorphins make us happy…happy people dont shoot their husbands...they just dont (I hope youve seen Legally Blonde…lol ;) ) This video always helps me get my bootie in gear when Im NOT FEELING IT (today) ;) Feel free to SHARE or TAG some peeps that may need this adorable kick in the BUTT today
