Needless to say, the past 24 Hours have been a living - TopicsExpress

Needless to say, the past 24 Hours have been a living nightmare. Despite that accurate description, I believe all involved handled the situation very well, including us. Our youngest Grandaughter, SAMANTHA swallowed a coin yesterday. From what Ive gathered, she experienced difficulty breathing and/or swallowing. Her Mother dialed 911 and Sam was transported to Salem Hospital. However, they could not remove it and Sam had to be transferred to Doernbechers Childrens Hospital. The Coin was successfully surgically removed, without Incident and she was discharged today. We are exhausted mentally, emotionally and physically. However, SAMANTHA is doing great and should suffer no residual effects. Thanks to all for your Prayers and well wishes. I know that Dora and I appreciate them very much and I am certain Sams Parents, Aunts, Uncles and Siblings are very appreciative too. Welcome Home Baby! We love you very much, Brat!!!!
