The whole process will be under my supervision but volunteered by Prakhar Rohatgi and Gaurav Rana. 4. Money is needed to pay for the legal battle. U should contribute . If money remains short I will contribute the remaining amount. If it is more, the amount will be returned after the case is over. 6.SSC existing and ex high level officers have recommended that we must go for 3rd party intervention. This will strengthen the SSC contention. 7. Once case is filed, we will also express our anguish on 18th December by assembling outside CAT in large number. 8. Once the case is filed we will proceed with our 2nd step.A big dharna outside DoPT demanding answer as to.... * Why is there so much delay in every recruitment proceeding undertaken by SSC? *Why is a Commission with huge manpower unable to bring even keys of the test papers after months? There was no stay on keys as it came to my knowledge. *What explanation do SSC have regarding paper leakage in almost all the cases? * What internal enquiry has been conducted by SSC to plug leakage and who have been found guilty of doing this till now? 10. No result is possible unless the stay on SSC 2013 is vacated but SSC lawyer has not even taken the pain to file an application requesting the Court to vacate the stay till date. Everyone is getting his salary. The lawyer is getting payment per hearing. Only students are the sufferers. Remember I am also too busy. Hence I will support u only if u come forward. I want u to come in large number to CAT on 18th december and on the day announced later by me to Gherao DoPT. I want u to unite for ur cause.
