Neighbor hood store been open for 40 plus years, making room for a fitness center. Must be politics in the mix. I say that to say this, the area its going in, nothing against the people, but they are not the type who are into exercise, and will not frequent the place, and why would someone from the Southwest, West, Northwest, and South end of the city come to the northeast side of the city to use, its a 24 hour facility, If they do after the newness wares off it over! I say it will be a flop and end up shutting down in 6 to 12 Months, another empty building. How many times have you seen these places open but they dont last, at leat not 40 years, but yet they close a successful 40 year+ business! You figure it, I cant, probably a few jobs lost also.
