One day they look next door to see that it looks like a gay couple is with a realtor checking out the vacant house next door.. they both yell out that its a great neighborhood, their attempt at recommending the area to the prospective home buyers. Within a few days a U-Haul pulls up to the house next door, excited to see if its the gay couple moving in, they take a look only to find that its not the couple and that it appears to be a bunch of college kids moving in... the house is about to become a frat house. Mac and Kelly walk next door with their daughter to say hi and nonchalantly say to keep the noise down if they can. The frat president Teddy says that if they are making to much noise just to come let them know and hell make sure it gets taken care of. Its not long before the frat is having their first party and of course making to much noise so Mac and Kelly walk over and ask if they could turn it down a little bit, Teddy says sure but as the couple walks away, he ends up asking them in to check out the party. Before they know it its morning and Mac and Kelly have became friends with the college kids. The friendship is short lived though as again the college kids have a party and everyone is awake including the baby thanks to the noise. Mac tries to call Teddy several times and finally gives up and instead calls the police, something that Teddy asked them not to do. Officer Watkins comes and finds that there isnt much of a party going on and goes over to the Radners house to ask them why they called. Things deteriorate quickly after that, with both the college kids and the Radners attempting to outdo each other. Most of the time its the kids getting the better of the Radners but the Radners hatch a plan that in the end just might unravel everything that Teddy and his frat pals have done. What I Thought About The Movie: Overall Neighbors was a decent movie, plenty of laughs in it... but... I think it could of been better. Think my issue with the movie is Seth Rogen... generally I like the movies he is in but its kind of like hes just played the same role one to many times... the normal guy that is sort of a pothead but wants to be the cool guy and try to make up his lines as he go character. Loved Seth in This Is The End but his role just seemed a little flat here. Past that though the movie was entertaining and definitely worth seeing if you are in the mood for an R-rated movie. Im going to give this movie a 7 1/2 out of 10!
